How ABLink uses your information
ABLink collects your contact details, address, preferences and questionnaire answers to save your request and identify relevant professionals. Your request is stored in your ABLink account. After you verify your email, we also send a quote-request email to active professionals based in your state, whether or not matching finds a suitable profile. It shows your first name, suburb, state or territory, business turnover, job budget and business industry. Your surname, contact details and complete job request stay private during initial matching. The email is prepared with leads@ablink.com.au as the send-only address. Job notification emails are sent through Resend. Confirming an introduction shares a summary of your request, not your full contact details.
You can view your saved request, withdraw an introduction or close a request in My ABLink. To correct your answers, close the request and create a replacement. Closing a request does not delete the stored record or retract information already viewed by a professional.
